Rao K. Garuda first came to the United States in 1963 with just seven dollars in his pocket and a vision to make a difference in the world.
In 1977, he founded Associated Concepts Agency, Inc., he is a principal of New First Financial Resources, a life and qualifying member of Million Dollar Round Table, a qualifier for the Top of the Table for over twenty years, a member of the International Forum, and a current member and former Director of the Forum 400. Most recently, he co-founded the American Tax Planning
Institute, which is an advanced financial training and mentoring program for financial advisors across the nation.
Rao is a huge proponent of education. In addition to Andhra University and The University of Colorado, he graduated from The American College of Financial Services’ Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant programs. He invests at least three months of every year educating himself at seminars and conferences around the country.
Rao is married to a retired physician and has two sons, who are highly accomplished in their own fields.
